How long is the gift card valid?
The gift card is valid for 5 years from the date of issue. And even after that, we'll find a solution if needed — just get in touch.
How does the recipient redeem it?
The recipient simply reaches out via the contact form or by email with the gift card code. Together we'll then find a date, location and type of session.
What if the chosen session costs more or less?
If the session costs more than the gift card value, the difference is simply paid on top when booking. Any remaining value is not paid out — so the chosen session should be worth at least as much as the gift card. For sessions outside Lucerne within Central Switzerland, a travel surcharge of CHF 0.90/km applies. For locations outside Central Switzerland, I'll put together an individual quote (which may include hotel or flight costs).
Which sessions can it be used for?
Any of them: vacation photoshoot, portrait, couple, family, maternity, newborn, wedding or event — the recipient decides.
How quickly will I get the gift card?
Right after payment, the gift card is generated automatically and delivered by email — usually within a few minutes. Perfect for last-minute gifts too.
Can I exchange it or get it paid out in cash?
A cash payout isn't possible, including for remaining balances. The gift card is transferable, though — if the recipient can't use it, anyone else is welcome to redeem it.
